Licensed by the Division of Facility Services, we are a certified provider of Medicaid home care services in North Carolina. We currently service most other private insurances as well.

Our Mission

The Mission of North Carolina Outreach Home Care, LLC. is to assist the elderly, handicapped, and/or disabled with tasks that have become difficult to perform and allow them to continue living at home in comfort, safety, and security. My team of dedicated nurses and nursing assistants will strive to maintain their quality of life with compassionate and competent care. We will make every effort to prevent or postpone nursing home placement for as long as medically possible.
